Musu are playful and mischievous water spirits. Taking the form of a dragon, they like to trick and troll passers by, rendering them soaking wet and confused but always smiling.

Role: Support

Overview[]

Despite being one of the oldest monsters in the game, Musu is still decent nowadays, just like he always has been. Musu's stats are average overall and has plenty of handy moves. He's good despite his age, and that puts Musu in the B rank, which isn't bad at all.

Pros:

  • Great life
  • Good trait and special
  • Lots of support
  • Access to PER
  • Solid relic slots

Cons

  • Awful speed for a support
  • Doesn't inflict any negative status effects to enemies
  • Can't do much if allies are dead
  • High cooldowns and stamina costs in best skills

Recommended Moveset[]

  • Cleaning Whirlpool (AoE 20 Water dmg + PER, 37s, 2 CD)
  • Mass Regeneration (Team Regeneration, 32s, 4 CD)
  • Rocks Shower (70 Earth dmg, 35s, 1 CD)
  • Mass Shield (Team 30% Shield, 35s, 4 CD)

Recommended Runes: 3 Team Speed

Musu's primary role is to be an Attacker/Supporter due to his Team Support and hard-hitting moves. Cleaning Whirlpool deals a small amount of water damage to all enemies while removing positive status effects, which is always useful if the opponent has positive effects applied. Mass Regeneration applies Life Regeneration to all allies, and that keeps your team sustained enough to fight a few more turns, and can possibly win the battle.

Sustain and Detain[]

  • Mass Shield
  • Cleaning Whirlpool
  • Mass Regeneration
  • Energetic Water (Ally Damage Boost + 20% Heal, 21s, 0 CD)

Recommended Runes: 3 Team Speed

This moveset is centered around supporting the team as Musu's damage output isn't necessarily the best to begin with, start with Mass-Shield first to protect your Team. Cleaning Whirlpool will be used for negating status effects such as regeneration or bypassing shields. Mass-Regeneration should be used if your Team has low-health, and Energetic Water is just to give a 50% damage boost edge. It's useful for your Truck-Hitting teammates and also heals with no cooldowns, this is probably the only move you should spam with Musu.

Recommended Relics: Great Healing Essence, Comeback Essence

Counters[]

  • Musu's speed isn't the best, so abuse that knowledge and control him with monsters like Bonnie Bark, Avaast, and Gridiron
  • Thunder monsters like Kaori can easily take him down.
